Angers klev – hiking

Arrival and parking
Angers Kleiv is easiest accessible from the plateau. From Rv 315 take off onto Rambergveien and then first left onto Kleivanveien. Here is the sign for Angers Kleiv. Follow the road all the way to the end here is a parking lot where a map of the area has been set up.

The King's Road is marked as a coastal path with blue marks and continues to the northwest from the water tower. It is possible to follow the royal road further north, but the path has several very hazardous parties and it is necessary to cross the railway track to get down to Rv 313.

From the water tower, a forest road runs down to Smørstein and Rv 313. The hollow roads are located between this path and the king's road.

If you choose to go Angers Kleiv from Bogen you park on the picnic area along Rv 313. You have to walk a little way along the road towards Holmestrand before entering the road that turns right at Smørstein and leads up to Angers Kleiv. It is not possible to drive up the road as this is a private road that is blocked.
