The sauna is located at Omrestranden (Omre beach) in Nevlunghavn, approximately 16 km from Larvik town centre. The sauna is heated by wood and based on self-service.

M/S Øysprinten

MS Øysprinten with home port in Larvik, can be booked for transport, charter with catering, sightseeing, scattering of ashes/burial, inspection and more in the Vestfold archipelago for up to 30 guests. Season – All year. 

The boat has all facilities on board, which are customized to the guests' needs. After 17 years sailing with M/S Viksfjord, Trygg Seilas AS knows very vell both the waters and the needs. MS Øysprinten is a slightly smaller, that sails faster and can more easily go into smaller places as the boat is less drafty.

MS Øysprinten was built in 1984, and has previously served as a medical, ambulance and shuttle boat in harsh areas along the Norwegian coast. The hull is in fiberglass.Two powerful Scania engines provide the propulsion, and can reach a top speed of 19 knots. Service speed 10 – 15 knots, but can also cruise at low speeds.

There is a good heating system, so it is comfortable on board in winter and on muggy days.

If there is an opportunity to add the stern to a wharf, MS Øysprinten can also take wheelchairs on board.

The concept is to be able to offer a service that provides better health and well-being. Ice bathing is a large part of the concept, and the combination of sauna and ice bathing with correct breathing techniques has an enormous health effect that more and more people has experienced.

Anxiety, depression, sleeping problems, chronic pain, stress-filled life or poor blood circulation, the sauna and ice bathing will be an effective form of treatment, with no side effects other than increased energy and good mood.

The sauna is located by the pier in Ula, approximately 14 km from Larvik town centre. There is electrical heat, ready for use. Changing facilities. 

 

Vikinggilde – A Viking Feast (for groups)

This Viking evening is held in the Viking hall "Gildehallen", located at the Midgard Viking Centre in Borre. (About 3 km outside the center of Horten).

Tapas buffet with contemporary food based on short-traveled ingredients. Various meat dishes, fish, pea and cabbage stew, salad etc. are served. A full menu with seasonal variations is available on request.

It is recommended to bring/wear some warm clothes. (Preferably an extra jumper also in spring/summer). A bonfire in the middle of the hall warms the room.

3-4 hours duration. (After wish).

Camp Valhall

Camp Valhall offers fun challenges, both high and low and indoors in gamma.

Here, the group is put in a fearless atmosphere where they are divided into teams and will compete in ax throwing, bow and arrow, slingshot, Zipline and Viking facts and more. Gamma sets an atmospheric mark on this experience.

Emphasis is placed on the team as a whole and that not everyone wants to go up in height. Then the most daring are cheered on by their team. In that way, this is something that suits most ages and levels.

Base Camp is located right next to Scandic Havna Tjøme. Guests park here and walk 900 meters to Campen.

Activities only: 2.5 hours. From 14 people.

Activities and dining in gamma: approx. 5 hours. From 20 people.

The vast majority of tasks are at a simple level. Some of the activities require a medium physical level, but are set up so that the athletes compete for the whole team, and everyone helps to strengthen team spirit and cheer.

The Vikings were known for being tough, strong and ready for battle. At Camp Valhalla, the group plays back in time with exciting tasks and interesting facts from the Viking Age. Which of the teams wins and gets the honorary designation "Ready for battle"?

Vikinghike and Mead Tasting

Guided tour where you get to experience Tønsberg's rich Viking history!

Explore impressive Viking ships at Vikingodden, see craft traditions come to life, and take part in historical highlights such as Slottsfjellet and the city's iconic viewpoints.

The tour includes mead tasting – either as a break on the road or an atmospheric ending.

Duration approx. 2 hours.

Price in NOK. (With a taste of 3 different meads). Non-alcoholic can also be offered.

Row viking ship

After a short review of the ship, commands and rowing training, the ship sets out from Tønsberg harbor and out through historic areas to the Vestfjorden.

The tour starts and ends at Vikingodden (right outside the Quality Hotel Oseberg at Tønsberg brygge).

Dress according to the weather! Remember that it is always cooler at sea than on land. It is a good idea to bring a sweater, even on hot summer days.

The ship is rented with a mate, crew and safety boat.

Around 1 hour duration.

Requires no prior knowledge. The ship is moved forward when the participants row. A certain form of normal bodily strength.
