The restaurant Brygga 11 is a seafood Restaurant, serving local delicacies by the waterfront, run by the Winner of Bocuse d'OR 2009, Geir Skeie. The surroundings are perfect for some seafood or a drink.

The main focus of Brygga 11 restaurant is simple and tasty food provided by the ocean. What about fresh oysters with lemon? Or boiled Skagerrak-shrimps with mayonnaise? Blue mussels with seasonal vegetables, homemade side dishes, smoked salmon – or “lutefisk” during christmas season?
The food is in focus, and the menu varies depending on what the fishermen bring. The dessert menu follow the same philosophy: only the seasonal best fruit and berries.
As your drink you can choose everything from a simple Riesling from Germany to some of the world's most exclusive and rare wines. Or you can explore the selection of beer.

Peppes Pizza is perfectly located at Sandefjord Harbour.
There is a meeting room here for groups who want to sit by themselves and combine meeting with lunch or dinner.

Hot, traditional dinner-dishes are served from 12-20 Monday-Thursday, and from 12-19 Friday-Sunday. Filled breadrolls and small dishes etc. are available from 8-14 all days except Sundays.
"Menu of the day" is served everyday, apart from Sunday, where both main course and dessert are included.
In the summer they can offer waitered table-service outside with 250 places, and a beautiful view of the fjord.
The restaurant has a stage and dancefloor, with possibilities for entertainment.
Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are usually served in Kosmos with 210 seats. Restaurant Kosmos has doors to the hotel´s summer restaurant, Parkhaven.
Every morning you can enjoy a tasty and energetic breakfast. Breakfast is served from 06:30 to 10:00 Monday to Saturday from 06:30 to 09:30 and 07.30-10:30 on Sundays.
