The farm's history dates back to 1894. The family that lives at Rosenli Gård today have been running horses on the farm since 2003 and have been offering activities for children at the farm since 2013, before they started Ysteri & Bakeri and Cafe at the farm.
The Dairy
The Dairy or Micro Dairy produces Low-pasteurized and organic Tønsberg Milk, Thick Milk, Tjøme Cream, Sem Butter, Feta, Færder Cream, cheeses, ice cream and yoghurt, and uses organic eggs, honey, berries, fruit and herbs from their own farm as flavorings and ingredients.
Some flavors are only produced in season in order to be of the highest quality.
The Bakery
The Bakery is an artisan bakery, good flour makes good bread! The Bakery uses organic stone-ground flour and fermentation of dough. This adds a good quality to the farm's products that characterizes quality. Eggs, milk, whey, hops and honey and herbs are used in several of the products, all from their own production on the farm. Tønsberg Bread, Jarlsberg Bread and Sem Bread are baked here.
Rosenli Gård is Debio, Miljøfyrtårn and Hanen approved.
Rosenlitunet (Rosenli Farm) also offers an open animal park and garden. Café and farm shop with a lot of organic food in season. Check the facebook page for opening hours.

MiniFjorden 2025
MiniFjorden is a festival for children in Sandefjord. Activities and events for the whole family from July 4 – 13th. The arena will be a magic world with all the best entertainment for children with a new performance every day! There will be exciting activities and music all day long.

Holt Gård is located in Undrumsdal and is a nice little farmhouse between the towns Horten and Tønsberg, 10-12 minutes drive from both. Holt Gård produce organcic vegetables, eggs, yogurt, ice cream, milk and meat, as well as some berries and fruit for juice and jam.

Hjortegården is located with a short distance from the E18, close to Borgeskogen in a rural setting on a small hill with a view of forests, fields and meadows. The garden is approx. 4 acres. From the garden you can sit down and enjoy the view of the deers and plants.

Hjortegården is open on the following days in 2025: July 13., 19. and 20. from 12.00-16.00 with deer feeding at 14.00. Sale of coffee and ice cream.

The Gamkinn family deer farm breeds and sells deer. It is possible to buy meat products and home-baked flatbread from the farm.
“Sjøparken in Stavern is an idyllic area with a variety of activities and experiences. Visit the Nerdrum Museum to see iconic works by Odd Nerdrum. At the ‘Havfuglen’ Café, you can enjoy food and drinks under old chestnut trees at Agnes Torg. Kunst i Sjøparken (Art in Sjøparken) features 17 studios and galleries with local artists – painting, photography, ceramics, and more. People of all ages can explore and play on the Tangaroa raft, which was used during the filming of the Kon-Tiki movie in 2012. Additionally, there are plenty of activities in the area – you can try yoga, pilates, martial arts, bouldering, diving, and watersports. You’ll also find Agnes Brygghus and other local offerings. The local community in the summer town of Stavern also offers opportunities for boat trips, restaurants, shops, and many other activities.
Rosenlitunet is a small farm outside Tønsberg, offers an open animal park and garden. Café and farm shop with a lot of organic food.
The farm has 10 beautiful, warm and soft horses and Felix the donkey. You can also meet the farm's 10 cats, 2 dogs, chickens, rabbits, cows, calves, goats and peacocks.
Season open
Open animal farm and garden Thursday – Sunday during holidays and season. Weekdays from 11 am-6 pm and Saturday from 11 am-2 pm.

Guided tour at the animal park with pony riding NOK 120 (adult with children 60). Also gives access to the garden during opening hours.
Events
Summer camp, Second-hand market and Vegetables self-picking throughout the season are arranged during the season.

Cows, calves, horses, pigs, sheep and chickens walk in the yard, and in the forest you will find the tussiesti, an activity trail for children. There is also an outdoor bakery that produces fresh bread and buns every weekend and pizza if you are lucky.
Ice cream, coffee and, of course, home-made waffles are sold in the guest booth.
Throughout the summer, various courses and themed days about life at Nordgardsetra are organized for children and adults. Here you can come and take part in activities like milking, separation, cheese making, churning butter and cooking prim. And care for and cuddle with the animals, of course. At weekends there is entertainment of various kinds, music, singing, stories, cooking and other activities.
Nordgardsetra is located in the forest a couple of kilometers past Vindfjelltunet with a road all the way up and with parking 100 meters from the yard.
Come for a day visit or stay a day or two!
Nordgardsetra is open during the school's summer holidays, every day from week 26-31.
The outdoor center at Goksjø can be used all year round.
Here you can climb in the play park, swim and enjoy snacks and drinks brought from home.
